I worked with Iyanna on several initiatives in the past year. The main ones being, the re-design of our mobile icon, and now her UX work for the ongoing S4 Fiori project. Iyanna always delivers what is expected from her, on time and with the desired quality. Despite being new to the SAP world, she embraced this new challenge with a positive attitude.

We worked with Iyanna on the Supplier Digital Portal, where her suggestions on User Experience were very useful. She introduced us to the methodology of Tenets and Traps, which helped us check the tool from a different perspective.
Her help in reviewing the portal in its current state was appreciated, and helped moved the Supplier Digital Portal in a direction of being both a user-friendly and good-looking tool. Her time was really appreciated, and actually helped us to understand things better, as well as increasing our curiosity for UX.

She led a two day design thinking workshop with our sponsoring team, bringing her wisdom and acting as our guide throughout the entire process. Iyanna was a key contributor in the project's Design Workshop. She guided our team of designers and SMEs through a series of exercises to help better understand the users and the outcome we wished to provide. Her collaborative nature, excellent listening skills, and flexibility were apparent throughout. She checked in with the team at the start of each new exercise and was willing to modify the order of exercises based on the team's consensus on whether or not we were ready to move forward. I was impressed with her ability to balance openness while still getting us through the exercises in a timely manner.

The Design Thinking Toolkit that she put together for Vodafone shows her dedication, her vast knowledge on the topic, and the high quality work what she always delivers. Iyanna has supported me many times, and she has always been helpful. Her guidance on how to build test scenarios, evaluate test results, and how to communicate with employees in a test situation, have been hugely valuable for me. I am grateful for Iyanna, because she taught me things that I can use in my job to make the Vodafone employees' experience better.
